Meet Pastor Mike
Nothing brings more joy to Mike than to watch others “get it”. That is, bringing others to Christ and seeing them grow in their relationship with God. This is at the heart of Mike Rowe.
While growing up in Buffalo, New York, Mike Rowe sensed the “tug” of the Holy Spirit in his life. At the age of eight, he accepted Christ as his Savior. Since then Mike has continued to feel the “tug” of the Holy Spirit in his life in many ways. This has led him to complete his B.A. in English Literature from Wheaton College and Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He was ordained to be a pastor in 1980.
Mike Rowe is no stranger to the Wheaton area. He and his wife Maggie met while attending Wheaton College. After graduating they were married. During Mike’s ministry as a Youth Pastor and Sr. Pastor on the east coast, their family grew. Mike and Maggie are proud of their kids Adam, Amber and Jordan.
Beyond all that, Mike loves to swim, golf and garden.
